The house is large and could accommodate paying guests; the land around is very fertile, currently with large organic garden. The farm has pasture, forest, streams, waterholes, and wonderful views.

Good schools are nearby and a friendly community with many active artists and environmentalists. Thames is 10 minutes away and Auckland and Tauranga one hour and a half.
